This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a spectacular property located in Randolph County North Carolina. The property is made up of about 60 acres on thinned pines on the east side and the remaining acreage is mature hardwood timber! The hardwoods are full of oaks with nice open rolling ridges great for setups. 2 streams do merge on the property giving ample water through the center of the tract. Several old logging roads are present and will make for easy access with an ATV.

The landowner does live on the property in one of the no hunt zones (see aerial). This will help to keep an eye on the property for you. As a bonus the property has already been posted/painted by the landowner.

My walk through this property produced numerous rubs. Several of which are pictured. I found lots of trails through the mature timber too. Some thick ivy in places which I am sure will be bedding areas when the property is full of mast. If you want to hunt mature hardwoods this property is perfect for you.
