Do you like hunting the mountains of Virginia? Properties like this don't come up often. This 619-acre tract in Giles County has been select cut over the past 4 years. These operations are now complete. The road system has been well established and will provide easy access. Several loading decks have been cleaned up and planted in grass and clover. The property runs from the base of the mountain at Wolf Creek all the way to the top. This is a very secluded area with the gated bridge being the only access in.

In touring this property, I found plenty of deer tracks and good trails. I saw sign of both turkey and bears while I was there. This property has produced some nice deer but has hunted minimally the last 2 years. The landowner has moved away. This is why the property has come available for lease! Look at the trail cam and harvest pictures!

Amenities can be found in Princeton WV which is only about 30 minutes' drive from the property. Camping would be acceptable in the field for hunting purposes only. ATV use for hunting purposes only as well.
