This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a 270 acre tract located in Rutherford County North Carolina. This property has several different age timber stands ranging from mature hardwoods to planted pines from around 2015. Plenty of cover on this property to hold deer. It also has 2 streams that run through it providing plenty of fresh water. An excellent road system is in place. Several of the loading decks from the different timbering's have been kept clear and could be planted in food plots. A couple of old feeder stations were also left that could be utilized with a little maintenance.

On my walk through this property, I found plenty of deer tracks crossing the roads. I found some rubs from the previous season and did see a group of turkeys. Camping and ATV use are acceptable for hunting purposes only.

This property is only about 15 minutes from Rutherfordton where all amenities can be found. This can be a long-term lease that is very productive if you are willing to do some work.
