This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 84-acre property is located in the town of Irvine, Kentucky, in Estill County. The lease has great access with many deer tracks all over the property. The property was selectively cut in 2021- 2022. I couldn't walk 50 yards without seeing fresh deer tracks. When you enter the property from the Northeast, you find a large opening that would be a great camper spot. As you wind through the old logging roads, which were very clear, it provides quiet and easy access to all sides of the property. There are many great bedding areas all over the property. I saw many large deer when I inspected this property in June 2024. Many great intersections were ready for stands with minimal work. I also found many great spots for food plots. This property will be ready to hunt with minimal work, and there is no shortage of deer sign. I didn't see any turkeys on my inspection, but there is no reason they wouldn't be here. The landowner reports that no one has legally hunted this property from 2020 to 2024. Walking the old logging roads from the north to the south, I found numerous large oak trees that were not removed. This property is very nice, and you will be happy here for years!
