This hunting lease is leased and not available. 40 acres in Lincoln County. This is a Deer and Turkey Lease only. This is a nice north woods property with good amounts of deer sign on it. Heavy trails, rubs, tracks and beds were all present during my inspection. A mix of hardwoods, creek bottom, and thick underbrush make up the landscape on the property. Nearby crop fields will provide good food sources along with acorns from the oaks that are on the property. During my inspection I was able to capture a picture of one of the resident deer on the property. Plenty of mature trees for stand locations. The eastern boundary of the property has a snowmobile trail on it. Respect all boundaries. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related activities when weather and ground conditions permit. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially. The landowner would also like a text from the hunters when they are going to be there. He lives adjacent to the property so he will keep a watchful eye on it. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
