Starting with access to this gem, I found the best and most logical spot to be on the north side near the Northwest corner where you will see the gravel lane. Access is also available on the east side where there is a small pull off along the road.
The farm has an amazing balance of cover to field ratio. 60 acres of cover!! Fingers, inside and outside corners, rut phase staging areas, hardwood timber, row crops, water...you name it!!
Deer sign was everywhere and I saw deer and turkey on this property during my inspection.
Getting here is super easy and just 2 1/2 miles off I-69 south of Charlotte.
