This 196-acre property is located in Paris, Tennessee. The property is agriculture fields with hedgerows, and corn was planted this year. There is a stream running northwest to southeast. Road access is available on three sides, and the fields were filled with deer tracks when I inspected the property in May 2024. Walking on this property was easy; water was running in the stream, and I could cross it easily. There were plenty of hardwoods in the hedgerows, and there were deer present; I spotted at least ten deer during my inspection. I didn't notice any signs of heavy pressure; the deer allowed me to get quite close to them. The landowner is very nice, lives nearby, and is easy to work with. I found multiple rubs throughout the property. There are several parking spots and access points to your stands on all three sides of the property.

*Respectfully, ATV use is allowed after crops are harvested, which should be by the 1st of November. The landowner has had problems in the past, so please don't ruin access.

** Respectful camping is allowed but must be moved after the hunting season.
