Being located in one of top whitetail counties in the state, and along a creek connecting big woods and the Kansas River just over a mile away, I would say there should be no surprises as to what might show up on this property.

No cattle will be on the property.

Access will be primarily from the road along the east side of the property, but there is also access into the middle of the north side of the property in case you need to get to the west side of the creek.
