This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 14-acre lease is located in the town of Spring City, Tennessee, Bledsoe County. This is a very nice little property with two fields and hardwoods in between. The landowner has planted it in CRP and will continue to plant when I spoke with him in June of 2024. The property has a tower blind that you may use respectfully at your discretion on the north field. The other field already has a ladder stand set up that you may use. This property is set up and ready to hunt; it is a great spot for a father-son or father-daughter experience. The 14 acres are surrounded by over 1000 acres; the hardwoods are primarily made up of white oak trees. There is a level spot for a small camper. The North field is good for all seasons, but the South field cannot be hunted until after October 1 or when the landowner has harvest, whichever comes first. This is a very nice, easy-access, ready-to-go property.
