This hunting lease is leased and not available. Property consists of open areas and heavy timber. There are lots of good trees to hang any deer stand from, and plenty of cover as well. I noticed several good deer tracks while walking this property, along with a few turkey tracks and hogs too. Nice pond on SW corner of the property, it has a live stream running to it. There will be no livestock on the property. Camping is permitted but pick up trash and no open fires, Do not leave campers there outside of hunting season.

I actually know a guy that hunts just west of this property about a mile, and he has shot some really nice deer over the years. So, this should make a great hunting spot for a couple of hunters. Not that far from town either. Landowner will be putting up a fence on the east boundary next to the road. But this should be the only fence. So, hunt inside the property boundaries.
