There are cattle on this property. Please shut any gate after you enter. The rancher is a great guy and does live close, just a mile down the road!
If you need camping accommodations the Rancher is open to allowing you to stay and park your RV at his place. A fair fee will be expected which you can discuss directly with him. He knows everyone around the area, which is a real plus if you live far away.
