The lessee(s) will have access to both shotgun seasons and the muzzleloader season. The landowner has meticulously maintained the property by enrolling thirty acres in the CRP tree program and planting fifteen acres with warm-season grasses for cover and bedding. The property includes timber, row crops, CRP areas, water sources, and bedding areas. Abundant water supports all wildlife, particularly deer, during the pre-rut and rut periods.
