Located less than a mile off of Hwy 99 in northern Wabaunsee County, and 5.5 miles to Wamego and I-70.
The thick, grassy hillside and woodlot on the west side of the property, as well as the grassy waterway along the road looks like great bedding habitat, and also presents some great upland opportunities.
No livestock will be on the property.
