This hunting lease is leased and not available. Just over the county line in Marion County, there is another fantastic lease available. While driving onto the property, I noticed some hog tracks, and as I reached the top, I spotted a hen with numerous poults. The land features expansive open ridges perfect for a box stand, transitioning into beautiful mature timber with a convenient little Saddle on the north side for bowhunters. Additionally, there is a natural spring and a pond at the front of the property and ideal spots for food plots. Although I didn't see any signs, it's worth noting that Bears are known to frequent the area. The property has no existing stands or evidence of prior hunting activity. Camping is allowed, and there are vacation cabins just a short distance away.
