This hunting lease is leased and not available. Walked this great Woods County, Oklahoma property. This property has Fantastic cover, and lots of good timber to hang any stand or feeder. The property consists of very good ground cover with open fields and a good amount of timber scattered from north to south. Seen some really nice deer moving on this property while walking it. Seen several turkey tracks also.

Pond on SW corner of property with waist high grass in some areas.. Has not had any livestock on property for a while, landowner says maybe some in a few years, but he doubts it. Woods County produces some quality deer hunting and lots of hunters like this area to hunt. The property is just north of Sandhills Wildlife Management Area. This will make an excellent property to hunt. There are some monster deer in this area.

Camping allowed, pick up all trash and no open fires.
