This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 128-acre property is in Lunenburg County and is all wooded. 40 acres were cut in 2015 and 40 more acres were cut in 2017. Then about 28 acres was cut in 2023. The remaining 20 acres or so are left in mature timber in buffers and one strip on the northeast end. The section on the southeast has been thinned which provides visibility and vegetation to grow. This property is thick, but it does have some roads for access. The landowner is fine with mulching or bush hogging the roads to make better hunting and access. I did see some good trails and travel along the buffers. Several tracks can be found along the roads as well. This property will have deer and possibly bear too.

Trails can be cut to make for easier access for ATV and game removal. ATV and Camping are allowed for hunting purposes only.

Sunday hunting is allowed.
