There's a 150 Acre WMA to the North that is nasty thick with walk in only access. If you set your bait up right on this farm you will be able to pull deer off of that as well as any that are already using this property. The 200' bluff overlooking the 1000's of acres of river bottoms and cropland will create a pinch that the deer have to go around when traveling the ridge. I cannot imagine what this farm will be like during the rut. Property is on a dead-end road and the landowner lives on site, so they can keep an eye on your stuff.
