This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This very nice 150-acre, more or less hunting lease, is located in the town of Georgetown, Kentucky, Scott County, Zone 1. The property is made up of rolling fields and hardwood patches. This property has cattle on it and is made up of 5 different fenced-in areas, so the cattle will not be in all areas while you are hunting. Only 20 head of cattle were there when I inspected the property in early July 2024. Please ensure you close and chain all gates when going from one to the other. I saw a very nice buck in velvet while inspecting the property. There is a very nice, heavily used game trail on the north side that leads to a very large white oak; deer were definitely here. I could access all parts of the property by walking or riding an ATV. The landowner just bought the property in 2024. I did not find any signs of someone hunting on the property. The landowner has a photo of a very large buck taken by the neighbor in 2023! There is a small watering hole on the north side, plenty of oak trees, and some nice thicker areas on the South side. A large 2,500-acre wildlife management area is on the west side of the property across the main road. The property has easy access to all sides of the property, and the rolling hills give you great coverage to get to your stands.
*Respectful ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only.
**No camping allowed on this property.
***Reach out to the leasing agent before inspecting the property to get access.
****The landowner will provide you with a key once you pay for the lease.
