This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a fantastic 114-acres in very north central Ohio, close to Sandusky, with easy access from the turnpike or Route 2. This property impressed the heck out of me, as I jumped three huge whopper bucks out in the beans. Deer numbers are not a big here, but there was plenty of great sign. This property reminded me of Kansas or Iowa. The fence rows are so thick a raccoon could not crawl through them� LOL. With a little work, someone could cut a few openings in the right spots, and every deer would go through them. There are 34-acres of cover in multiple wood lots, that were very thick on the outside, but opened up once you got into them. I found good rubs, and deer beds out in any grassy areas. Fields are in crops, and I had good access along the edges. Great place to park off the end of the cul-de-sac. All the fields were hidden from view. So many set-ups here it was crazy. Everything you need is in Sandusky. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. No camping. I really liked this property; am I am sure you group will too!
