This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is an all-wooded property located in Giles County Virginia right along the New River. This property has a nice internal road system and stretches about 7 miles, according to the landowner. Some of the roads may need a little cleaning to make them passible with ATV. This property should have Deer, Bear, and Turkey hunting opportunities. In my walk through this property all the sign you can ask for was there. numerous trails with fresh tracks. I found feather of turkeys along with fresh scratching. I jumped a couple different groups of deer bedded on the mountain as I worked across the ridges.

A double wide and a couple barns are present on this tract. Landowner is willing to allow hunters to use them during hunting season for an additional cost. (Discuss with the landowner once leased.)

Sunday hunting is allowed.
