This hunting lease is leased and not available. 500 Acres of prime deer and turkey country available here. This farm is absolutely loaded with wildlife and gives you so many different options and habitats. This place has got it all: row crops, water, pasture, big timber, remoteness, and a ton of cover. With the row crops and bait, you will be able to pull those old bucks out of the big timber right to where you want them. There are multiple access points giving you options for almost any wind. The West side of property does not have cattle and is in row crops. The east side does have cattle, but landowner said he would work with you on some areas during season to the keep them out of bait sites on that side.

Landowner lives less than a mile away and works around the farm all day so he will always be keeping an eye on things for you. There is a spot down by the creek where he will let you set up a camper during your stay as long as you keep things picked up and are respectful.
