This hunting lease is leased and not available. 173 acres in Waukesha County. We don't get many leases in this county, and this is a great opportunity! This lease is set to begin Sept 1st, 2024 through August 31st 2025 unless leased after this date. All legal game is available to hunt on this lease. This gentle rolling property is loaded with diverse habitat for wildlife. Food, cover, and water, it has it all. Hardwood ridges, marshy areas, red willows, tree lines, several oak trees, crop ground, (soybeans for 2024) and a small creek running through it. As one can see in the aerials there are numerous inside corners and changes in topography for stand placement and ambush sites. Be sure to scroll through all of the pictures to see all of the awesome deer sign on this property. Plenty of mature trees are available for stand placement as well. The aerials also show how this property is connected to the surrounding properties which should provide ample deer traffic during the rutting season. A huge abundance of deer sign was observed during my inspection. This consisted of heavy trails, rubs, scrapes, beds, and tracks everywhere. Several trails on the property will provide stealthy access to many areas of the lease. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related activities only when weather and ground conditions permit. Be respectful of all boundaries. The landowner/manager would like contact initially from the hunters. He will be a good source of information about the property. The landowner has a renter at the house on the property that is not to be bothered. Parking is behind the shed and barn area as indicated in the aerials. Several other parking spots are labeled as well. Several amenities are only minutes away in the nearby towns. Don't damage any crops. Do not block any of the field entrances. No tree cutting. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
