The entrance will be a challenge, entering and exiting, but in the end, you will be excited with all the wildlife that live on this farm and move through during the fall. In other words, don't let the hill in the front of the lease discourage you, the rewards will be high.
On the bluff tops above the Missouri River sits this fantastic big rolling hill farm. The ridge tops were recently cleaned up by bulldozers to remove all nuisance brush and honey locust trees that existed. Thus, making the access a lot better and opening the ridge tops for some long-distance shooting during gun season. Plenty of woods with deer trails throughout the farm for the bow hunting enthusiasts as well. I have inspected this farm twice since April, so I have good pictures of what the woods will look like in the fall. During my second trip this July, the deer were bedded all over the ridge tops, where the weeds and grass grew back after they cleared the fields this spring. Strong numbers of deer & turkey call this farm home….

The Katy Trail runs through this property along the southern end between the row crops and the gate
UTV / ATV is recommended, but you can walk / I did twice while inspecting this property
***When using an UTV/ATV be very careful climbing the big hill in the beginning of the lease, u don't roll your equipment***
Once on top of the bluffs you will have an easy time moving about
Call or text landowner before arriving to hunt
Landowner will be doing maintenance on the farm during the off season
Fences for the property are hard to find / Onx maps would help greatly here
Landowner could possible mow fields every year
