Landowners have not given permission for anyone to hunt in the 5-years prior to 2024. Even though it is summer, I found plenty of rubs to prove this property should produce some studs. Property is rolling, and the fields are in crops. There is a brushy spot on the west end, and fence rows to take you back in. Good hardwoods here, and a couple old logging roads to slip back in. The deer population is high here, so you should get plenty of action. No place to camp. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. Everything you need is close by in Mount Vernon.
