This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is going to be a honey hole. I know it's only 40 some acres, but this is the right 40 acres and it has a very good landowner as well. Timber is a good mix of softwoods on the north side of the property and hard woods to the south. There is a lot of red oak, white oak, hickory, and persimmon trees in the hardwoods section. The fields are not in crop rotation, but are in native grasses for pollinators and the landowner said he is willing to work with some guys to add some food plots. There is a pretty nice road and trail system traveling through the property and we jumped several deer on the farm. Lots of deer sign and check out the rub, too! There is also a couple large hoosier national parcels that border this property as well as other large parcels in short driving distance.
