This hunting lease is leased and not available. Not far from Troy, Missouri sits this great looking bottom ground farm, that runs along the Cuivre River. Big row crops, with woods along the riverbanks. Kind of a suburban hunt with all the houses in the area, but you know, and I know big bucks roam the suburban areas, especially when you have live water and row crop bottoms. Day of inspection I jumped a couple deer bedding along the riverbank and you could tell the deer are crossing the river from the west to eat the row crops on this farm.

Deer & Turkey lease only

This lease runs from date leased until May 15, 2025

***This farm is foot traffic only, until the crops are removed and then you can use ATVs/UTVs to get around if the tenant farmer hasn't planted a late cover crop***

Landowner will be tearing down the grain bins and building a new house in the future

Landowners family does park an 18-wheeler at the grain bins as well
