This 1700-acre lease is in Vanceburg, Kentucky, Lewis County Zone 2. This very large, excellent hardwood lease includes a hunting cabin. The property has two access points; one is gated from the north side, and the second, on the southern side, has the house right next to the entrance. I was able to drive my truck up the south entrance to the top, where multiple logging roads give you access to the property. Logging is happening on the north side, so please keep a good distance from the logging equipment. They are done logging on the south side. The logging has created multiple spots for future food plots. The extensive logging roads give you easy access to most of the property. This property is large, so there should be no reason for the equipment to interfere with your hunt. I saw multiple large deer on the property inspection in August 2024. The logger found a set of large drops on the property in 2020; photos were provided. There is a nice pond on the south side that the deer and ducks were using. There are plenty of huge white oaks on the property. This will be fantastic land to manage and will hold some very large deer for years. Give the leasing agent a call before inspecting to get a key for the North gate.
* This lease also comes with a move-in ready, three-bedroom, two-bath permanent mobile home. There is running water, a nice covered porch in the back, and a fire pit. Don't let this property get away from you. Take a look for yourself…you won't regret it!!! Yellow circle on aerial is the hunting camp, yellow lines are the access roads.
**Respectful ATV use is allowed.
