This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 160-acre lease will provide some amazing hunting experiences. From the East side boundary, looking into the property, you will see a mass of row crops, on a rolling hillside, with the tops of trees in the background. Beyond the crops is the main attraction, a secluded habitat of grass and cover that will be loaded with action in all parts of the deer and turkey seasons. The surrounding habitat will also support this lease, providing the chance to harvest multiple bucks moving into the area. With a secluded pond, drainage funnels, and a winding creek bottom, the lease provides ample water sources for deer. Additionally, there is plenty of cover and bedding areas for resident deer, making it ideal habitat. Once the corn is picked there will be excellent access into the lease. During my inspection I did not venture into the best parts of this lease, no sense in pushing deer out less than one week before the opening of bow season. I am certain this lease WILL NOT disappoint!

The landowner reserves the right for the landowner's family to fish the roadside pond. Historically this may happen once to a few times annually, but landowner does not want to restrict that opportunity.
