There is good access from the West on the topside of the farm that will let you get to your stand sites with ease. The way the terrain drops off from the crop fields it creates some great pinch points. The boundary trail that is below the field is being used heavily and will be very easy to set up on for multiple wind directions.

This farm should have deer using it all season long. There is good bedding, food, and cover that will provide them what they need throughout the season. Rifle hunting here will be easy. A couple hunters could cover the entire crop fields from just a couple different spots. This would be a great spot for an early season Kentucky velvet buck.
