This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is located along the Big Muddy River in Williamson County. To the east and west, there are large ag fields where the deer are more than likely going to feed, while this farm is providing the bedding and cover based on its topography, as shown in the aerial photo. I'd be willing to bet the deer will be traveling along the river, especially during the pre-rut and rut. Although I haven't walked this property yet, with deer season fast approaching, I wanted to make it available as soon as possible. Request the driving directions and permission slip and see it for yourself. I personally think this is going to be a nice little farm based on what I see from the aerial photo.
