This 136-acre lease will provide some fantastic Platte River waterfowl hunting. Landowner says there is an abandoned duck/goose blind along the river that is usable with a little TLC, I did not search for the blind during my summertime inspection and can't verify its condition. Along with the amazing waterfowl hunting there is also all the other typical game, including deer. You can gain access to the property from the southern boundary, there is a nice path to follow all the way down to the river bottom. Once you travel into the lease you will look down into the beautiful pasture and a half mile of Platte River frontage. There are many little pockets hidden on the hillside pasture and plenty of cover down at the river bottom. The landowner does graze cattle in the pasture for part of the year but also wants the hunting lease to be a productive and great experience for hunters so the grazing schedule will be considered if the property has a hunting contract. The landowner may hay parts of the property as well. With the overlooks on the hillside, a bail blind or two would be an excellent strategy during deer season. You can find yourself enjoying the seclusion of the outdoors but also the comforts of small city amenities within 30 miles.

Hunters must text the landowner their vehicle descriptions and timeframes prior to accessing the lease each time, this helps the landowner watch over the lease without having to investigate vehicles. There will possibly be a coded lock placed on the lease entrance gate, the code will be given to lease holders.
