This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 470-acre property is located in the town of Cookeville, Tennessee, Putnam County. Access this property from the south via old logging roads; the property was selectively cut three years ago-2021. The logging roads wind down the property to a power line. Before you get to the power lines, there is a large white oak flat where the deer are feeding. When you get to the power lines that are mowed by the caretaker, you will find multiple access points to the north side of the property. I found numerous old rubs and ground scrapes all over the property. This property is loaded with hogs, and the landowner wants them all gone! The lease is all hardwoods except for the power lines, which I would do a food plot in. I saw plenty of deer on my inspection in late August of 2024. This is a large property with huge potential if you manage it appropriately.

Respectful ATV use is allowed on this property.

Respectful camping is allowed but must be removed after the season.
