This hunting lease is leased and not available. Beautiful 80 acres that is a mixture of high ground and low ground. Many mature coniferous/deciduous trees throughout the property with open underbrush and rolling hills allowing some good visual line of site in the hardwoods. Many maples and some oaks. Part of the property is thick vegetation and swamp making for some great bedding habitat. Trails have been established in the past for reaching different parts of the property. Some waterholes located throughout the property to help hold wildlife close. On day of inspection a nice 8 point buck was kicked up out of his bed located near the swamp. Turkey sign was plentiful as well on inspection date. No Bear hunting allowed. No camping or food plots. ATV use permitted for setting up stands/removal of game. Ok to hang portable tree stands, no permanent stands to constructed. Number of hunters negotiable if youth hunters are accompanying adult hunters.
