This hunting lease is leased and not available. I walked and drove around this attractive Garvin County property, which boasts excellent timber and cover. Early in the morning, I observed several deer and about 24 turkeys moving through the timber. The landowner mentioned the presence of some impressive deer in the area, and from my observations, I concur. I spotted a couple of sizable bucks while surveying the land. There's a possibility of hogs being present, as there's a large watershed at the back of the property abutting this land's fence, which seems like it could cause flooding during heavy rains. The property is rich with large timber and numerous big pecan trees, making it an ideal hunting lease for hunters. There are also good ponds for waterfowl hunting enthusiasts. It's conveniently located near town.

The property is grazed by cattle, so I recommend installing cattle panels around feeders.

For camping arrangements, it's best to consult with the landowner, although they have indicated that nearby camping areas with water and electricity are available.

Fishing rights will be shared with the landowner.
