This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This lease is open to all legal game with the potential for deer, geese, and small game. The property features a mix of timber, waterways, and row crops, with the timber appearing to act as a natural funnel and pinches down as you get to the north end. I'm assuming the timber most likely will serve as a travel corridor for deer moving between farms, making it promising during the early season, as well as the pre-rut and rut. There is access from the north and from the east side of the farm giving you the ability to keep the wind at your advantage. The other appeal to this property is its location, Vermilion County, a county that is known for producing mature bucks. I haven't visited the property yet and likely won't until after the hunting season, I recommend requesting driving directions and permission to see it for yourself.
