From the aerial view, the fingers extending into the property from the timber is something I would take a hard look at. Since I haven't personally visited the farm yet, and likely won't until after the hunting season, I suggest requesting directions and permission slip and visiting this farm for yourself. You are also only about 5 minutes from all amenities needed.
