This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 31-acre property is located in Whitleyville, Tennessee, Clay County. It consists of two parcels of land, one on either side of the road. You can park on either side of the road or at the intersection before the south property. There was plenty of deer sign, lots of trails and rubs found on both sides. Access is easy on both sides, and there is a nice old logging road on the north side that is a great spot for a stand. The property drops down to a creek on the backside. On the other side of the road, there is a nice game trail about 35 yards off the road; an overgrown power line next to the road gives the game great cover. This property has thick areas where the deer are bedding and some very nice large white oak trees that the deer are feeding under. This is a nice little property that could definitely hold some nice deer.
