This hunting lease is leased and not available. When you're on this farm you'd never believe you were just 12 miles from downtown St. Paul. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere and you can't even see homes from a good portion of the acres. The property is very rolling and hidden in the back. The building allotments around this farm are all used up so there should be no more homes going up near it. The front 7 acres are used for horse boarding and the back is untouched. This is an archery only lease. In fact there's a gun ban all together in this neighborhood. The deer sign is great on this property and it's easy to see the deer numbers are high. There's excellent stand locations all over this one. The hunting should be pretty easy. The natural terrain and funnels are excellent. It wouldn't surprise me if someone arrowed a Booner on this one.
