This hunting lease is leased and not available. I really think that is could be a special place. Property is located a mile off the main road and down an old one lane county road that is gated about a 1/4 mile before the property. The day of inspection I jumped multiple deer out of the overgrown fields and saw a flock of turkey in the neighboring hay fields to the South. There are good crop fields within a 1/2 mile of here. The deer will be bedding and feeding on this property throughout the day before heading out to the large crop fields to feed at night. There's a nice private access road along the East side that makes it easy to get to the back of the fields. The swampy areas out in the fields have a lot of green growth that should be a good draw to the deer for daytime browsing. There are some large rock structures surrounding this property that create some great pinch points. These will make it easy to hunt during the rut. They will have to cut through in a couple of places and you can be waiting on them. Some well-placed bait sites will also be very productive in a place like this.
