The property is a mix of hardwoods and pines. This tract has not been timbered in many years. Located right outside of the town of McKenney along highway 85. This tract has quick easy access from the main highway. Deer and Turkey hunting should be good in this area. A small branch does cross the property on the very northwest corner of the property. ATV and Camping are acceptable for hunting purposes only.

No hunting with dogs or Man drives.
