This hunting lease is leased and not available. 40 Acres in Lincoln County. This is a Deer and Turkey lease only. This property has a good mix of habitat which includes hardwoods that transition into lower thicker cover, crp type cover behind the buildings, pines, power line bisecting the property, and crops. (Winter Wheat is planted for the fall of 2024). As one can see in the aerials this property can be a good transition area between larger blocks of timber to the east and west. Several trails, tracks, rubs, and beds were all present during my inspection. A couple of deer were jumped from their beds in the tall grasses behind the buildings as I did my inspection. The power line area can provide an excellent view to intercept deer traveling from one cover to the next. Several mature trees for stand placement are on the property. Respectful use of Atv's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Don't damage any crops. Respect all boundaries. All buildings on the property are "Off limits". No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
