This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 86-acre property is located in the town of Prospect, Tennessee, Giles County. This hunting lease comprises approximately 80 percent woods and 20 percent fields. There are cattle in the fields, but a barbed wire fence keeps them to the fields. I found numerous rubs on this property on my inspection in early October 2024. I bumped three deer just as I entered the woods from the NE side. The property is easily walked and has a couple of rolling hills. Numerous spots were found for ladder stands with some large trees. The amount of rubs on this lease was surprising. There are a couple of nice open spots that the deer are crossing through, and there are multiple large trees on the edges for stands. A couple of old stands were found that you may use at your own risk. The landowner does not live on the property but does live nearby; his brother and mother are on either side to keep an eye on the property while you are not there. This property is very nice and has easy access to the SW and NE sides, depending on the wind.
