80 acre all legal game hunting lease in Douglas County. Secluded property with dense potential bedding and browse areas near Solon Springs. Primary access is via two roads that run along the entire southern boundary of the property and another that splits a portion of the eastern 40 acres. There is plenty of room to park on the side of these gravel roads and access your stands from there. Also, on the western side is railroad tracks that one could potentially walk along the bottom edge of it to access that side. As I'm sure you know, you cannot walk on the tracks themselves since this is an actively used railway.

At the time of this listing, baiting is allowed in Douglas County for deer hunting. Before baiting, make sure to verify on the DNR website that this is still allowed in Douglas County.

During my walk of the property, there were several pockets that offered potential stands placements as they were more open, while others places where so thick it was hard to find a path through those. These open areas might offer chance to catch the deer as they move from bedding to something else and yet still allow for getting stands up yet in time for heart of the deer hunting season.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Use of ATV's okay but there are currently no trails on property that would make these viable unless using the roads that run along or through the property as described above. No real areas at this time for food plots but landowner is open to allowing those if you can find spots. Camping might just be limited to side of these roads.
