113 acres in Onieda County. This is a Deer and Turkey Lease only. This property is relatively flat ground with typical Northwoods type cover on it. It has a good mix of habitat which includes mixed hardwoods, spruce, pines, oaks, tag alders, cattails, small pond, and overgrown fields. Several logging trails are present to allow access to many areas of the property. During my inspection I was able to drive my ATV to all of the remote fields on the property. With a little effort food plots could be established in these areas. There was plenty of deer sign present during my inspection. Several trails, tracks, rubs, and beds were visible. Plenty of mature trees are present for multiple stand locations. The landowner is ok with food plots. Camping is also a possibility with permission from the landowner as to where. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially. Be respectful of all boundaries. Any buildings on the property are Off Limits. No use of nails screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
