This is the one you do not want to wait or miss out on. I walked this property on a beautiful fall morning and saw 10 different deer, five does in the first 5 minutes walking the wood lot in the north east corner of the property. This property does have active oil wells, but the deer were paying them no attention what so ever. This section of timber is fairly open and has a lot of hardwoods with oaks and hickorys and a lot of deer trails. I then made my way through the property and worked around to the peninsula woods to the south west side of the property and jumped two different bucks out of that section. This section of timber was thicker and also had some oaks as well. There was also a couple scrapes on the edge of this and several spots with fresh deer droppings. This is going to be a great lease and the landowners will be super great to work with. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
