The middle of this property looks like a great honey hole!
This is where the owner winters their cattle (AFTER DEER SEASON), but until then it serves as a quite sanctuary area with tall grass and brush that you can set up in to hopefully stick a Kansas buck. There is one ladder stand up along the west hedgerow, and another lock on stand along the ditch that runs along the north fence of the winter pasture. There are two crop fields just to the north.
The creek bed along the east side, the drainage coming up from the south, and the very NW corner will all provide additional stand locations.
The ponds are well known to provide some good waterfowl action. ***THE OWNER HAS A FRIEND THAT WOULD LIKE TO HUNT WATERFOWL ON THE PONDS AFTER DEER SEASON, SO WATERFOWL HUNTING WILL BE SHARED***
Cattle will be on the pastures. Horses will be in the west lot.
