This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 230-acre property is located in the town of Waynesboro, Tennessee, Wayne County. This 200-acre property is on both sides of the gravel road. The NW side has a nice creek running the property line. There are a couple of nice fields abutting the creak and a tower blind that you may use. I found numerous rubs along the field edges and some nice bedding areas nearby. I bumped two very nice deer. The property was logged from 2023 to 2024; there are some nice spots for food plots at old landing areas. The SE side of the property has many old logging roads that are easily walked and have numerous white oaks. I found many rubs on cedar trees all over the property. There is a gate that gets you to the SE side, and the code will be provided for inspection. This property has a pond, hardwoods, bedding area, easy access, lots of deer sign, and is very private. This is a property that can be managed well, and you will enjoy it for a long time. The landowner has a house on the property that you can rent if you would like; get with him as far as price.
