This is an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL farm located about five miles west of Topeka, and five easy miles south of I-70. Having a nice mix of open and thick timber, this property should be really fun to hunt. The remainder of the property is in grass and brush. A couple of the tallest hills in the county will allow you to scout or hunt a lot of the property from above. There is a rolling powerline clearing on the north side that leads down to water and food. Saw several deer and turkey while inspecting. There is also a couple of ponds that could provide some duck hunting and fishing opportunities.
