The property is situated at the end of a dead-end road, providing a secluded environment away from public visibility. Franklin County is renowned for its excellent deer hunting, making it challenging to find available leasing options. The mature woodlands offer numerous prime locations for food plots if desired. Well-maintained logging roads throughout the property ensure easy access to any stand locations. According to the landowner, the farm has traditionally been hunted only a few weekends each year during the rifle season by family and friends.

Included with this lease is a very basic cabin (refer to the picture reel). The cabin lacks electricity, water, and plumbing, featuring only an outhouse. Interior photos are for illustrative purposes; you may need to furnish the cabin to suit your preferences.

This lease is exclusively for deer and turkey hunting. A powerline easement will be shared with the landowner and their family. Hunters must call ahead before their visit. The property also accommodates 20 head of cattle, with sectional fencing in place. Cattle do not have access to the woods.
