Here's a 77 acre tract for lease in Osceola County, MI. This property is a good mix of swampy bedding areas, newer growth thickets and some higher ground areas with mature trees and openings. There's a small creek on the property that provides a water source for wildlife. The trails cutting through the property make for great access and were covered in deer tracks when I was walking around. There's a nice size field area on the Northern end that will make a great spot to hunt and would be an ideal place for a food plot. There are a couple of ground blinds on the property that hunters are welcome to use, but not sure on the condition of them. Camping is allowed during hunting seasons and there is an opening just North of the landowner's house that would make a good spot. Campers must be promptly removed at the end of hunting seasons. ATV use if allowed on the trails for hunting purposes only. This lease is open to deer and turkey hunting only.
